Editorial Policy
USA Jobs Today follows publisher-grade editorial standards for job listings, career content, legal pages, and advertising-supported resources.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Content creation and review
We aim to publish original, useful, brand-safe, accurate-to-the-best-of-our-ability content for USA job seekers and employers. Content may be updated when information changes.
Fact-checking and official sources
Where relevant, we reference official or authoritative sources such as USAJOBS.gov, USPS Careers, OPM, the U.S. Department of Labor, and FTC job scam guidance. We do not claim government affiliation.
Review process
Career guides and policy pages are reviewed for clarity, user safety, legal disclaimers, source transparency, and practical usefulness before publication or major updates.
How job listings are collected
Jobs may be imported from public APIs, RSS feeds, official employer pages, and employer submissions. We review sources and keep unclear or unsafe sources disabled.
USA-only validation
Published jobs must clearly belong to the United States, a U.S. state, a U.S. city, federal USA, USPS/postal USA, or Remote USA-only. Global, worldwide, unknown, and non-USA jobs are rejected or reviewed.
300+ word rule
Every published job must include at least 300 real words in the visible description. We do not create fake descriptions, fake salary, fake benefits, fake requirements, or fake employer claims to pass this rule.
Manual paid job review
Manual paid jobs are reviewed before publication and must follow location, quality, safety, apply URL, and 300-word rules. Paid placement does not guarantee approval.
Correction policy
If users or employers find inaccurate content, they can contact info@usajobs.today or use the Report a Job page. We may correct, update, unpublish, or archive inaccurate items.
No fake schema or claims
We do not intentionally publish fake salary, fake company, fake location, fake expiry, hidden schema, fake schema, or misleading job claims. Schema must match visible content.
Report a job process
Reports are saved for admin review and may lead to corrections, unpublishing, source review, or rejection of future listings.
This page is provided for publisher, advertising, privacy, and user-trust readiness. It is not legal advice. Review by a qualified legal/privacy professional is recommended before public launch.
