Job Description

This role requires a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, automation systems, and systems integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing workflows and machinery. System Analysis and Design: Analyze current manufacturing systems to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.

Develop detailed design specifications and functional requirements. Algorithm Development: Create and deploy machine learning algorithms and models to predict, analyze, and enhance manufacturing outcomes.

Project Management: Lead and manage AI integration projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large sets of manufacturing data to train AI models.

Ensure data integrity and security throughout the process. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, implementing improvements and updates as necessary to maintain optimal performance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) - Integration of AI Technologies : Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to automate and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Project Management: Lead and manage AI integration projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large sets of manufacturing data to train AI models.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to manufacturing teams on the use and maintenance of AI systems.
• Strong background in systems integration and project management.
