Legal Ops

Hex Technologies Remote USA Remote USA Full Time Posted Oct 1, 2026

Job Overview

About the role: Hex’s legal function has gone from zero to a fully operating system in under a year. Now we need someone to own and scale the operating layer so it holds as the company grows. This is a builder role.

You’ll run contract operations end to end: CLM administration, workflow optimization, template and playbook maintenance, enablement and training for the revenue team, and first-pass review and redlining of standard agreements against our playbook.

Job Description

We sit at the nexus of data, AI, and collaboration, which means our legal operations have to be as thoughtful as our product.

You’re comfortable across AI-assisted legal tools, LLMs, and automation platforms, and willing to experiment with new ones as they emerge. This isn’t a nice-to-have at Hex.

If you’ve built legal ops infrastructure, you’re excited about AI, and this role sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we’d love to hear from you.

  • If you see a manual workflow and instinctively want to build it away, you’ll feel right at home.
