You’ll be an empathetic listener and an action-oriented guide who will work to actually resolve patient's problems. PLEASE NOTE: this is a 1099 contract position. You will set your own hours and can work part-time, full-time, or anything in between.

This role is 100% remote. All patient interactions are performed via video or phone call. What You’ll Do Learn Solace's proprietary system, tools, technology, and expectations, while also providing your unique experience in every interaction.

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, where listening and empathy are the foundation for every interaction. Be able to identify and prioritize patients’ needs and build out a care plan to ensure consistent action over time.

Key Responsibilities

• In the RN Advocate role, you will guide patients through difficult and complex health concerns and help them achieve their health and wellness goals while also addressing their Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).
• You will set your own hours and can work part-time, full-time, or anything in between.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, where listening and empathy are the foundation for every interaction.
• Be able to identify and prioritize patients’ needs and build out a care plan to ensure consistent action over time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Clinical and Organizational Skills: As an experienced RN, you can balance multiple tasks and work under pressure.
